and at first they thought the idea was kind of cool, until we discussed what it really meant.

After they understood that many people would not even hear the ads because of internet use at work and the fact that when people hear audio online it actually has no call to action unless the content is geared to allow a conversion it would turn into just another annoyance. My friends at Beechmont Ford a Cincinnati Ford dealer realized this from the very start.

My friend Chris Cox at a Bradenton used car dealership also agreed that that auto played audio advertising would just be a huge waste of bandwidth and do more to damage a dealers reputation in a marketplace than drive traffic to their offerings. Its a good thing that people understand that some things are just better off left out of their marketing mix.

Technorati Tags: peoria vw, bradenton used cars, cincinnati ford

Why Do People Do This

Recently I was trying to help a local dealer maximize their online exposure, Golden Isles Nissan, and was met with an interesting problem. When I was an internet manager for another dealer I created landing pages going after competing dealers by name and forgot to take them all down when I was no longer in a dealership. They even resorted to threatening to have me arrested, very similar to what Sam Deeb and Larry Host did when I started blogging about voice to page, after they discovered this. What they do not realize I do not take to threats well. So now their online competition has just gotten a little tougher.

As one of the top automotive seo firms however this does not stop us from participating in CPA style affiliate programs. One thing that we do as part of portfolio to help market dealers is we create supporting seo assets to help boost client sites. Each one of these properties have to pay their own weight versus relying on client income to pay for these assets.

Lately we have been creating a group of automotive listing sites targeting specific areas and products such as Texas direct auto and Greenville Chevy dealers. These properties allow us to drive link equity to our clients while monetizing the traffic that hits these sites. Once these sites start building traffic then it is time to concentrate on others, a rinse wash repeat strategy. Then you wind up with a portfolio of properties that produce revenue on an ongoing basis.

Eventually we will be offering a course for people to get that will give them step by step process for setting up these income generating properties to use for their own income sources and revenue generating money sites.

Technorati Tags: ebay affiliate program, automotive seo, online marketing

Why this Failed

I deal with people all over the country helping them with their online marketing initiatives. In a recent conversation with a Cincinnati Ford dealer I asked them their thoughts on Auto Played Audio.

He Stated "I really hope all of my competition starts using auto played audio and videos. It will increase the bounce rate on their sites and will offend surfers if it is being used to drive traffic in the form of advertising."

This is the exact reason this program did not perform well. Interruption marketing is really a dead marketing paradigm. Car dealers are better off to divert a small portion of their adverting budget to automotive seo versus looking for more ways to interrupt peoples lives.

That is excited when dealerships contact us to build out dealer microsites for them our most recent conquest is for a Greenville Chevy dealer. We built them a site to help drive traffic to them and their Chevy Silverado inventory it is performing nicely and converting leads like crazy. The customers that land there were already looking for what the dealer sells and did not get flagged to visit by a very obtrusive audio ad.

Technorati Tags: microsites, automotive seo, auto played advertising

Using Squidoo for Multiple Streams of Income

I love to use squidoo for affiliate product promotion and but now I also help dealerships with full service online promotion. I have personally used the platform for personal promotion of service and now I am using it for landing pages for clients as well.

I made this lens for a Cincinnati Ford dealer He has consistently lied to people in when he was part of Voice2Page, NetAudioAds and PayPerPlay. Right now it is listed that he has Absconded from probation in Michigan and 2009 Shelby Mustang pretty fast.

The downside to this is it may not last and require more work than I plan, but that is ok by me. I do not have to worry about recruiting downlines or getting blamed in back rooms for destrying a membersite. The thing with Netaudioads is it was destined for failure from the start and most of the content I published about it was probably over looked by many but ther was plenty of content about how bad an idea it was even if they had someone decent at the helm.

When you put people in charge of something that has had as many life and financial problems as the people they had running this thing coupled with the other obvouis concerns you wind up with what you got.

net audio ads, bennett chevrolet, 2009 Mustang Shelby

Why don't people just drop it?

I did a post a while back about an interaction I had with imagic lab when I was an internet sales manager for Carl Gregory Hyundai. Basically my interaction with an over aggressive salesperson lied to me and the owner was aloof when I questioned him about it.

At the time I asked that a set up fee be waived in exchange for some free promotion at my blog and they shot down the request without even visiting the site. At the time my profile in the industry was not on the radar and the blog was new and did not get much traffic. No it is one of the top blogs in the niche.

I did not make any character judgments just blogged about my interactions with their unprofessional staff and my interaction. Now it looks like he thinks I personally attacked him. The problem is for him his past is as shady as certain "Host" we know and commentators at my blog have pointed out his past before he started imagic lab. I hope I am not the moron he is referring too.

Traffic stats show he of had an attorney to review the content. Now when they try to access the site they get a custom error message. What ws even more funny is when they kept refreshing in an attempt to get past it. I guess they really do not understand technology that well.

imagic lab, imagic labs

Perfect use of junk like this

I revived this blog only for one reason and that is to provide value to others who looking for ways to expand their business. The problem with most internet marketing promotions that require you to recruit other people that the real money makers are at the top and everyone else if just fodder in the machine.

Just the other day I was speaking with a friend that works for a Newark car lot and he was expressing how he needs to find other ways to supplement his income or improve his business. One of the best recommendations that I could give him was to start a car dealer blog. While this may not be the the end all be all it will allow him to get traffic that he could not get to a typical car dealer website.

Another friend who works for a Loveland used car dealer told me that his traffic has been way up over the last few weeks because of SEO efforts they have been doing to their site. At the end of the day a strong seo campaign coupled with other online properties it will allow dealers the opportunity to reach out and strike other markets.

What does this have to do with NetAudioAds? Not a thing it just allows me to use this site for things that can help others not hurt them. It did its job getting the truth out about their problems before people got burned good thing a few people listened, others are just hanging on chasing a Internet dream.

online marketing

Harnessing the Power of Squidoo for Affiliate Marketing

For those that have not been living under a rock you have probably heard of Squidoo. One of the great ways that you can leverage it is to have different profiles for different things. I have someone I am mentoring on using Squidoo for affiliate marketing and she has taken the bull buy by the horns.

She only has around 20 live "lenses" but they are generating a nice income for her. This special profile she is using only targets geographical automotive affiliate products. Her content is mostly car buying tips and then pushes lead affiliates. She made over $500 in October just from affiliate conversions this does not include the money she will make from squidoo directly.

One thing that is a given. As long as squidoo does not change their terms of service it is an awesome income generation tool. You can be rest assured Seth Godin will stand behind what he does and probably aready has it in place in the even of his untimely demise squidoo will be around long after he is gone.

Something to think about before you just jump into any affiliate program or putting your good name out there to promote something. If you do not have an account at squidoo get one here.

Ok it is time for me to get back in the trenches.

car buing tips, squidoo.com, netaudioads, affilaite marketing

No Need to Waste this Space -

I really hope for all that have been involved with Pay Per Play that a lesson has been learned. That things that sound to good to be true actually are. I really feel sorry for MK and even more so due to his health. I do not want to <strike>loose</strike> lose the real value of this property so I will be using it more so for helping people find other useful things on the web.

Internet marketing is a great way to earn income. What is funny to see is industries missing it wide in their online marketing initiatives. On thing that can be done when you find a soft niche like Tulsa Chevrolet Dealers you need to capitalize on them.

So I have a protege that I am working with to help them dominate the Tulsa automotive market area!!

DOA as Promised

I had shut this blog down a while back because it really served no purpose anymore and really it probably does not any longer. What has been interesting to see is that some of the staunch supporters who actually went after me for pointing out the holes and problems that voice2page and netaudioads has had in the past are now really out to make sure they never have a chance.

I really wanted to see this company succeed, due to the fact I am friends with people that have stakes in the company. I wanted the mass number of people to make sure that they followed through with the things they were promised due to the fact they have a past of not doing the right thing running affiliate programs in the past.

Now it is just an after thought to add this site back to the mix. However google still looks at it as very relevant content because it was ranking number two for the search term netaudio ads even with blog closed to readers. Now I will revisit here once a week or so and post interesting things that are found on the net as it relates to affiliate marketing.

Like now I have an apprentice that is attempting bum marketing with some user generated content sites to generate affiliate income via lead generation. Her first keyword group she is going after is Tulsa Chevrolet Dealerships. It will be fun to see how fast we can get a squidoo lens to rank for it. Now it is on page five. I think in a few days it will be on page one. We shall see..

tulsa chevrolet dealer, netaudioads, doa affiliate programs

The BPA Audit for NetAudioAds - PayPerPlay - What a joke!!

I have reviewed the preliminary audit from BPA and I have to say I cannot believe that it took BPA over 4 months to compile data that could be found in a simple stat program. With voice2page the ones providing the "data" measured and not using any tracking provided by BPA to NetAudioAds it really says nothing. The data was provided PayPerPlay and presented in a format that the untrained human eye can read. Awstats inside of cpanel does the same thing.

Folk you have just waited for a bunch of nothing based on the content I saw. The report lack integrity. BPA has no certification that the data provided to them is accurate other than maybe a signature from a convicted felon. They should of provided NAA with a tracking code to imped in the JS if they wanted to provide factual data.

This reminds me of stuff I hear from idiotic automotive gurus. They are starting to see that the hype machine that was built has been abandoned by the founder of Pay Per Play.

As they were in the process of building their initial pool of MLM bottom feeders Charles Heflin took to blogoshpere defending the adveertising medium dubbed, NetAudioAds, when main stream bloggers spoke out about how bad of an idea the product and compensation plan really is.

Below is a capture or a comment that he left at SEObook.com.

He made a few statements in this comment that are pure comedic at this point.

"We have procured over 66,000 advertisers"

In conversations in the past with Charles he said these are the numbers that are being fed to him by voice2page and now it is evident that this is a 100% false statement. Now they keep playing the shell game with their publishers about an audit report before advertisers are willing to come on board. In spite or their original claims touting advertisers and Charles attack in blog comments.

"Who cares who ranks #1 for NetAudioAds"

With the repeated contacts I have had with the likes of Sam Deeb and other small investors in the company it is an issue for them. I have had repeated contacts and veiled threats from these individuals about taking down this site.

I don't know what your opinion is of a company that uses deception to build their marketing list, but I know mine. I just wonder how the handful of publishers that are hanging on for the "ramp up" can still believe anything coming from "NAA Central" as it does look like the original front man has jumped ship like he said he would if they did not deliver on their promises.

Nothing ever delivered as promised

Every promise that netaudioads has ever made to its publishers or advertisers has never been delivered and still the zealots continue to think this is the next greatest thing since sliced bread. Even the vocal ones that were holding hands singing Kumbaya and encouraging others to keep the faith have abandoned them.

The Founder of PayPerPlay, Charles Heflin, has abandoned the party if his lack of involvement is any indication. Larry Host, the telecom pariah, uses his intimidation tactics to keep people in line to the point even the ones supporting this effort don't reach out to him anymore.

I think we can now officially mark down the PayPerPlay network and NetAudioAds as DOA. Public communications financed by individuals or other organizations must include a disclaimer if the communication expressly advocates a candidate's election or defeat or solicits funds. The disclaimers must indicate who paid for the communication and whether or not it was authorized by a candidate. Unauthorized ads must also include contact information for the sponsoring organization. For additional information, see our brochure, Special Notices on Political Ads and Solicitations.

While it is not my position to advise politicians to run their campaign but it just appears that Political Ads via the PayPerPlay Network may not be able to deliver an effective political advertisement and meet the disclosure requirements inside of a 5 second "adlet".

While NetAudioAds may not have to adhere to the equal time rules because they are not a licensed broadcast medium they may very well be required to report their contributions to the candidates and limits mandated by Federal Law. Maybe the Federal Election Commission can provide an audit that the publishers have been desperately waiting on...

netaudioads

How Targeted is This?

PayPerPlay and NetAudioAds is running "fake ads" in order to fill their network at this moment, but it does look like they are not taking the time to use it as a full test of their alleged capabilities.

In the past NetAudioAds has claimed sites are spidered for keyword relevance and they have the ability to geo targeted delivery of ads and I have yet to see a good example of this working.

I was recently sent a link to a site about dog training which was a typical spam site. All of the content was derived either from PLR articles or taken from article directories. There was no original content on the site. http://trainingdoggie.com/index.html

What was amazing is that I heard ads for a law firm in Oklahoma which was about as untargeted ad that I could of heard on a dog training site. I confirmed with the firm that they do not specialize in animal rights or dog training legal issues across the country.

The ad was not targeted to the content nor was it anywhere close to being geo targeted, I am in coastal Georgia. I would think that if you were going to test your network with "fake ads" you would try to use the technology that you are claiming to have in place to your publishers and advertisers.

netaudioads

More Misinformation and lack of integrity by Larry Host and Charles Heflin

Larry Host is trying to distribute false information about me in an attempt to discredit some sad truths about NetAudioAds. Which happens to be the reason why the company has been stifled in the past and will never prosper under his helm.

Some interesting thing you will find when you look in the San Diego Public and Albuquerque Records.

Larry Host Sued for Fraud by a Telecom Company

Larry Host being evicted

Larry Host being evicted again

You will have to do your own search in the Albuquerque, New Mexico Courts just type in Host L for the search parameters and you will find there where:

Larry Host Extradition Hearing in New Mexico

Larry Host being sued by another Telecom in New Mexico

Case Dismissed against Larry Host and His wifes company in New Mexico

Larry Host being evicted in New Mexico

Restraining Order Filed and divorce proceedings

Where his Wife Got in Trouble in New Mexico for Trafficking Controlled Substances

Now Breaking an Entering and Guilty Pleas for Methamphetaime

It is apparent why Mr Host doesn't mind going to court, he seems to be an expert at it..

Now Mr Heflin has embraced this company too. It does appear he has a propensity to not pay commissions either just like the company he is in bed with now and you will also see where he stole content and claimed it as his.

Charles Heflin Not Paying Commissions

Charles Heflin Stealing Content

Here is the original work that he stole

and using the Wayback machine you can see what he claimed as his on his

Blog at SEO 20/20

Which he removed after a DMCA Complaint was filed

DMCA Complaint Against Charles Heflin

And since Heflin is trying to push false negative information about me as well you can do a records search in Horry County South Carolina and see where he had a home foreclosed on and was sued by the local hospital.

Check it out at Horry County Public Records.

These are publicly available records. As another blogger likes to point out about information about me, that is patently false. She says my place of birth is 150 miles from Monroe, LA which could not be further from the truth. People will believe anything they want and I encourage you to do some due diligence into the past of the people inside of this company before believing a word that they say.....

netaudioads

Why NetAudioAds time has already come and gone

I found this video on Yourtube.com and it shows the current paradigm in online marketing today and if you take the time to let the message really sink in you will understand why the time has already passed for auto played audio advertising if you are trying to attract real customers for your business.

Today's consumer does not want a one way sales pitch from companies they do business with. Customers want dialog and one of the surest ways to alienate a potential customer is to scream in their ear with an online audio ad they are not expecting.

I will be going into great detail in the near future at a blog I have partnered on dealing with Online Automotive Marketing.

Contacted By Sam Deeb of NetAudioAds - Motive Explained

On Friday March 14th, 2008 Sam Deeb the CEO of NetAudioAds contacted me via telephone in an attempt to persuade me to take this site down. During this lively conversation it would appear to me that he really does not know what is really going on with his business.

While that statement may not be harsh he would not address some of the concerns that have been stated here and he continually tried to extract my motive for this blog from me. While I am almost positive that the call was monitored or even recorded on his end, I do not have a full transcript of the call and am only working on my memory here.

Apparently the truth coming out about this organization has caused them some problems in finding investors to help launch NetAudioAds. I have received confirmation from Sam and other investors in Voice2Page that new investors are staying away from this because of the bad publicity the advertising platform has received from many sources.

Aaron Wall at SEO Book has stated that "NetAudioAds is Wasting Publicity on a Bad Idea" and even mentions the fact that this site out ranks NetAudioAds in the search engines for their name. (Without Giving a Link :( )
You would think the fact that the founder of Pay Per Play being a self proclaimed SEO Guru that should be a non issue. Maybe the diatribe he spouts at his SEO blog is full of holes. He has even shut down his member site.

Ian Fenando at his blog talks about the fact that "5 Seconds of Annoyance: PayPerPlay" and how bad of an advertising platform this really is and how it goes against conventional wisdom and points out some of the same holes in the recruitment pitch by PayPerPlay.

Jeremy Schoemaker at the Shoemoney Blog talks about how the people promoting it are resorting to spam comments at blogs and forums to get their referral links out there in his post - "PayPerPlay Audio Ads - Innovative of Annoying"

Duncan Riley at TechCrunch is encouraging all of their competition in the blogoshpere to sign up for this form of intrusive internet marketing in his post "PayPerPlay Media: I was wrong. TC Competitors should all sign up" and discusses the rather unprofessional email sent to him by Charles Heflin, the PayPerPlay organizer, defending the program.

It is just not me saying how bad of an idea that auto start audio advertising is. TheVoice2Page product and NetAudioAds does have valuable benefits, but not in its current state as being touted by PayPerPlay and the quality of the new affiliates promoting the product as a monetization source for publishers is laudable to say the least. I have to reject comments daily that are made with no other intention than trying to get their link on the Number 1 Site in the G for the Search Term NetAudioAds.

People have continually questioned my motives for this blog and now is the time for me to come clean with the real deal. The interactions that I have had with Larry Host the "CTO" of Voice2Page/NetAudioAds have been less than savory to say the least especially concerning the old affiliate program that was killed by Sam Deeb and Larry, without notifying the old affiliates. Even individuals I have been in contact with have stated that Larry Host has been the biggest hurdle on anything due to poor demeanor and antisocial behavior. This coupled with the fact that they, Voice2Page and NetAudioAds, have had problems handling money that was owed to other people.

The original launch materials used by PayPerPlay touted the user base built by the old affiliates in Voice2Page and made many false claims which even people inside of PayPerPlay are questioning now, while the original "core Partners" in voice2page were sidestepped in the launch, the original affiliates, consumers and users of the product for two and a half years.

To sum up my motive for this blog would be to motivate change inside of a company that has all the potential in the world and I really hold dear as one of the original affiliates and to enlighten others of the potential problems they may face with the current management structure in place and the lack of integrity in the marketing original materials used in the launch of PayPerPlay. The technology has a valuable applications but not as a advertising medium as being touted. The time for that would have been many years ago as it moves completely away from "Permission Based Marketing" and will pollute the web.

I have no financial interest in the company nor do I desire any at this point in it's current state. I don't want an apology for the way I was handled by Larry Host in the past because I know it would just be an attempt to placate and not genuine. Nor do I wish to be surfing the web and have my privacy intruded on more than it is by auto played audio advertising.

If that is not reason enough to justify this blog I suggest you not revisit it....

Pay Per Play Starting to Doubt NetAudioAds Too?!?

It appears with all of the delays coming from NetAudioAds to launch the ad plays for the publishers in the Pay Per Play network even the founder of PayPerPlay is starting to show doubt.

Charles Heflin stated in the PayPerPlay forum found at www.sellppp.com:

NAA is renting our network in exchange for commissions on audio plays. In theory we could (the PPP community ... not NAA) approach other opportunities should NAA not come through for us. We have a distribution of over 500,000,000 impressions per month. This is huge, we built this... not NAA. What NAA did was give us a way to earn through the network that we built... We're just waiting for them to deliver.

and:

I say this to help everyone understand that if NAA has further delays, or something goes awry, DOES NOT mean we should all disband. We have all done the work of adding code to our site(s) ... there is no more work for us to do in that regard so all we have to do is work as a team with NAA to fill OUR network with ads.

In other words, let's not let our success or failure ride on our own expectations of what the 15th is supposed to bring... It will bring what it brings but OUR success as a network is not dependent on NAA because we have the power to monetize OUR network in other ways should we desire.

This was in response to some of the publishers in the Pay Per Play network starting to wane because it appears that every self imposed deadline that Larry Host has given himself has been missed.

Only time will tell if they, NetAudioAds, are capable of delivering anything to anybody. If they loose the publishers they have now because of further delays how can they deliver advertising for it's customers if any volume really exist.

Being Honest with Core Partners - Is it in the Game Plan for Pay Per Play?

In the original marketing materials from Pay Per Play to attract new publishers and affiliates to make NetAudioAds viable they made some statements may haunt them long term, yet they will not acknowledge directed questions concerning their claims.

This is taken from their original Marketing Materials:

NetAudioAds™ (the patent holder) already has over 550,000 registered members that have been earning income this way for 2 ½ years.

This claim is a lie and yet they will not answer directed questions about it, however they use questions directed about this and the other claim of:

Over 550,000 websites have been serving up to 43 million PPP plays each and every month for years. NetAudioAds™ millions of audio ads each month are too easily consumed by our search engine partner’s 66,000 eager advertisers, so the ad platform of 550,000 websites needs expanding from millions of audio ad plays a month to BILLIONS!

as an opportunity for them to try to denigrate people at their forum to quell the truth from coming out. They use the common tactic of sock puppets (thanks Charles for reminding me of that term) and cattle calls to try to squash open debate and even resort to libelous comments and general attempted character assassinations.

You would think 2 1/2 years of success and an inventory of 43 Million ads to be delivered they should not be having the pains that they are having now.

They have claimed that 555,000 people have been receiving income from the 43 million ad plays being served by their system for the last 2 and one half years and I claim that is an inaccurate and false claim made in their recruitment pitch from day one and I still stand by that.

People have asked me to substantiate my claims in a caustic fashion:

Charles Heflin said:

The bottom line is that Paul has told me so many allegations without proof that I frankly don't believe a word that he says about anything. He pro ports to know things that an affiliate could not possibly know... again, without evidence.

and Jason Collins said:

If you have evidence to support ANY of your claim then I challenge you to either post it here or STFU! If Charles has libeled you then I suggest that you file suit. If NetAudio owes you money then I suggest that you file suit.

To answer Charles Heflin's comments about "allegations without proof" I counter to ask him to verify the claims that he made in the marketing materials and his reply has always been "This is information given to me by Larry Host".

If cash flow were good it would not of taken a month for them to refund the former affiliates for the fees they paid in and if those affiliates that helped build the 550,000 registered member base were being compensated for the last 2 and one half years for ad plays then there would be no need for Pay Per Play. Those affiliates would be referring others to Voice2Page and NetAudioAds and the built in marketing ability of half a million people would have more publishers and users than Pay Per Play could ever pull off.

I challenge Charles and NetAudioAds to prove those statements made in the marketing materials that anyone with average intelligence should be able to see through. As an original affiliate with the company, personal contacts with the original affiliate manager and other investors in the company I can state without a doubt these claims are complete hype and overly forward false statements.

And to answer Jason Collins. I gave Charles Heflin a pass for his previous libelous statements made at the Affiliate Tips Blog based on a gentleman's agreement, because he even admitted to me that he drew the wrong inferences from conversations with Larry Host and Sam Deeb but now he is trying to use false statements and crystal ball powers to denigrate me at his forum to keep from answering the tough questions

I wonder how he knows what I will say and the evidence brought forward in this post should give anyone with minimal intelligence to second guess anything coming from NetAudioAds or Pay Per Play.

Maybe it is time to file a suit, because he is taking every pop shot he can on his turf and is banning me from posting in his forum after he published comments designed to denigrate and diminish stature and I have never attempted to discredit his integrity just publish the facts as I see them.

Here is the definition of Libel from www.law.com:

libel
1) n. to publish in print (including pictures), writing or broadcast through radio, television or film, an untruth about another which will do harm to that person or his/her reputation, by tending to bring the target into ridicule, hatred, scorn or contempt of others.

Take that as food for thought and to Victoria I will address your concerns in a post soon.

How Soon People Forget - NetAudioAds is failing misrably and the PayPerPlay Crowd is starting to wane..

Lots of things have not happened since the February 1st Launch of Pay Per Play and it does look like this thing is flopping miserably.

In their original Marketing Statements they made some of the following claims:

A search engine partner but the name could not be released until after February 1st. What has happened is that they have had some limited contacts with Yahoo and possibly they are not embracing this as the advertising medium of the future, for obvious reasons.

Publishers would be paid for 100% of their traffic. This is not happening nor will it ever happen in my opinion. They cannot find enough advertisers at the CPM they are selling this advertising for to make it profitable even for them. They need to reduce the CPM to around $1 to even have a chance. Seeing how PayPerPlay started by encouraging SPAM Sites to deliver the ads with..

Now they have resorted to begging for new US publishers for the BPA audit. Charles Helfin stated in the Pay Per Play Forum:

NAA reopened because there is demand for more in the USA from "BPA pending" advertisers for more and they are willing to pay for it... plain and simple... should we give it to them or just "hold off"?

What they are starting to realize is that this type of hyped up program is only going to appeal to bottom feeder publishers that really are only into web publishing for the money. I do it for the money as well but I look to provide my site visitors with valued information first and monetization second as do all successful publishers. If you take care of your visitors the dollars will follow it is not the other way around.

This whole advertising concept goes completely against "best practices" in web publishing so they are attracting publishers that are less than. They will never get the dominate US footprint they claim to need because any serious publisher is staying away this so they do not annoy their visitors.

I can't wait to see the possibly mythical BPA Audit....

The launch that wasn't......

The February 1 launch that was highly anticipated by the new batch of affiliates did an amazing FLOP. The official word from NetAudioAds and PayPerPlay was that they were performing a soft launch.

Not only are they telling the new affiliates that it will be 30-60 days before the ads start playing for them to monetize their sites they have not released the name of the mysterious search partner that they touted in their marketing materials.

What it looks like to me is that they do not have any advertisers despite the claims during their rev up. As I well know the advertisers they were using as examples were not real.

Voice2page has had problems running an affiliate program before and now they just alienated the new batch of zealots to make their product viable. With all of the claims they made about all of the testing and people already earning money from ad plays you would think in the 2 1/2 year lead up to the PayPerPlay launch this should of been a smooth rollout.

In my opinion it is a lack of advertisers willing to pay to annoy surfers.

Are Advertisers really willing to pay over 50% commision for this?

NetAudioAds has yet to reveal their "search engine" partner and still seems to be gaining steam in affiliate signups as well as others coming out of the wood work to to say how bad of an idea this is.

Not only can it really be determined what the real payout will to "publishers" the math I have been seeing does not add up. I have seen claims all over claiming as much as $30 cpm for publishers. Which would mean $120 cpm cost to the advertiser. I know you can get a 300x250 banner on comcast.net for $6 cpm or less which has a very broad reach.

I am speculating that the original advertisers, if there are any, will probably be gouged during the launch and will either wake up and push prices down or discontinue advertising. Another thing they are failing to tell publishers is if they are using ad agencies to sell this product they will be paying them agencies 20-30% right off the top.

For illustration only lets use $10 cpm and bread that down for the publishers:

The sales commission will take away 20% to leave $8 as the effective rate.

Of that they are to pay out 35% to publishers plus what ever override Pay Per Play is taking. That sure does not leave much for Voice2Page nor does it provide a real value to advertisers when the sales prices is loaded with over 50% in commission.

Lets get real - Does this really stand a chance for an advertiser or as a publisher?

Voice2Pages Does it Again - Shaming Former Affilites in the Launch of Pay Per Play and NetAudioAds

In the previous post I announced that Voice2Page was trying to do the right thing by the original affiliates that help build the majority of users inside of their system. It appears that that was just an attempt to placate the former affiliates.

The affiliate program that was first put into play by voice2page and netaudioads appeared to be a cash grab by them. As many affiliates never received payouts for their efforts despite paying in the monthly fees to voice2page. That is why the former affiliates stopped promoting it.

Here is a copy of the recent email sent to the original affiliates:

Happy Holidays,

We are pleased to announce exciting changes to the Voice2Page Affiliate program.

We want to thank all of our affiliates for working together with us to build a solid system which has become the platform for Net Audio Ads today. Your efforts have helped build the footprint on which we can launch forward in a new medium of online marketing and ad content delivery which will benefit all of the online marketers and advertisers who participate.

Voice2Page is embarking on an exciting new program which pays better commissions and costs nothing to join or belong to.

After nearly three years of development and testing, we are now releasing the NetAudioAds product. You may have already seen publicity from the Pay-Per-Play people. They are a group who have contracted with Voice2Page, on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis, to develop a large footprint of website publishers to host the NetAudioAds product.

This opportunity extends to you as well.

BUT FIRST ...

Lets get the past affiliate program completed and done with.

FIRST:

In a prior email we asked that you reply to us in order that we can refund all of the affiliate membership fees that you paid to Voice2Page. If you have not already done so, you need to request the refund via email in order for us to process it.

SECOND:

During your membership in the original V2P Affiliate program we randomly assigned you a membership base out of the people who signed up for the standard Voice2Page service or the V2P Comment Player.

Those members are STILL YOURS and you will STILL RECEIVE YOUR COMMISSIONS on every ad played on those member pages as long as those members continue using Voice2Page.

A large part of the benefits of being an affiliate was a commission on every ad played by your downline, once advertising started. The time has come - PAID advertising will begin in the first quarter of 2008 and commissions will be paid for all ads played on every one of your members' pages.

THIRD:

Since affiliate membership fees are being refunded and no more charges will be made for the affiliate program, there will be no commissions for the affiliates below you. HOWEVER, you still earn your percentage of the advertising revenue from your downline now and into the future, as long as the member uses Voice2Page.

If you have any questions or comments, please email me at lhost@voice2page.com.

Sincerely,

The V2P Affiliate Team
Voice2Page.com

When I questioned Larry Host on when they were going to provide more pertinent information based on this announcement here is the responses received from him.

Paul Rushing: When are you going to send out full disclosures of what people are to expect ?
Larry: huh?
Paul Rushing: That does not tell people how or why they are to earn through the system
Paul Rushing: it is just a premise
Paul Rushing: no substance
Larry: so, am i to assume that you expect me to project earnings in the future? yeah, right! what we said is what we will do. they can login to see progress after it happens
Paul Rushing: it does not tell people what the earning rate is
Paul Rushing: how to refer new people etc
Larry: same as it was. no new affiliates accepted under old program. they can join ppp if they want to.

It just appears that the never really have any intention on doing the right thing. The former system the users were using HTML and CSS build players and the new system requires java script players. The users who the old affiliates referred are not going back to ad java script players and if they cut out the old players they will lose those users.

When voice2page was pitching netaudioads to us they said that the five second ad clips would be on the front of the free users use of the system.

So I can only assume that all plays from the free users that were recruited into the old system will count as ad plays. If that is not the case I can see them being in court for quite sometime once the affiliates call them out on the sham if they are not paid this way.

Mr Host does not seem to mind going to court or trying to abuse the court system based on statements he made to me either.

Here is his take on it:

Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:08:39 PM): Hi Larry
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:09:06 PM): This is Paul Rushing
Larry (12/26/2007 8:09:12 PM): can we come to some accomodation here?
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:09:22 PM): Well I don't know
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:09:47 PM): I have been libeled 2 x by your agent based on slanderous information he recieved from v2p
Larry (12/26/2007 8:10:27 PM): c'mon, recognise we have also been libeled by your comments about things of which you have no information
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:10:35 PM): I havew not libeled you
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:10:42 PM): if it is not documeted fact
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:10:53 PM): I expressly made it opinion
Larry (12/26/2007 8:11:05 PM): lets get beyond 'mommy he called me a name' and be businessmen here
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:11:16 PM): You woul be suprised what kind of information I have
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:11:23 PM): yes I am
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:11:29 PM): I have a reputation to protect
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:11:40 PM): and your agent has done the best he can to damage it
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:11:58 PM): I am being a business man
Larry (12/26/2007 8:11:58 PM): you would also be surprised at wht our legal analyst has on your 'opinions' - so do we work this out or not
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:12:05 PM): every thing is transactional to me
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:12:33 PM): I really dont care about your legal anylyst opinion either
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:12:44 PM): I am not far from having a JD myself
Larry (12/26/2007 8:12:50 PM): ball is in your court - you can either appear to be responsible for this 'breakthrough' or you do not, your choice
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:13:09 PM): The ball says
Larry (12/26/2007 8:13:15 PM): we are making this public in mere minutes unless we strike a workable deal
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:13:27 PM): I will annnouce that you have finally donte the right thig by the former affiliates
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:13:55 PM): that the company still cannot be trusted because of not paying affiates in the past
Larry (12/26/2007 8:13:58 PM): you can appear to have foreknowledge with our tacit approval
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:14:12 PM): that they only offered th refunds etc based on outside pressures
Larry (12/26/2007 8:14:29 PM): i guess that we have no further need to talk then
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:15:00 PM): It still does not change the fact theat you agent in the name of netaudio ads libeled me based on information he confirms came from v2p
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:15:26 PM): I also have a recording of the phone call where he admits he did not do due diligence
Paul Rushing (12/26/2007 8:15:43 PM): on the claims he is making at sellingppp.com
Larry (12/26/2007 8:15:50 PM): i cannot control that - he is his own person and he was simply told that on of the reasons we cancelled the program was misuse by some top tier people (I only know of two people who committed these alleged abuses. I was not one of them and it was even encouraged by Voice2Page. More on this Latter. You will notice I highlighted examples of his demeanor. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Also he says this announcement is a breakthrough. How is doing the right thing by the people that built the company a breakthrough? Then not providing any real information to the affiliates other than they need to go join PayPerPlay is really nothing more than more Smoke and Mirrors from Voice2Page.

Voice2Page - NetAudioAds attempting to do the right thing despite the Pay Per Play Launch?,

Due to outside pressures voice2page - netaudioads is about to announce that they wish to do the right thing by their former affiliates outside of the Pay Per Play program. While many have not received refunds to prior contributions to the former affiliate program that were offered in a prior email to the former affiliates.

This is good news to the prior affiliates and further goes to show that if even one voice comes forward it can empower change. They are going to allow the former affiliates to earn from ad plays of the downlines that are already inside of the program.

I have not been privy to if new promotion will be allowed or have any information on how that this can be monitored. It is my opinion that they should of done this prior to the announcement of Pay Per Play to give those former affiliates the right to market the opportunity to their list before being bombarded from the Pay Per Play crowd.

Voice2page has made this announcement after they have successfully damaged the ability of the former affiliates the opportunity to promote this and make it a valid income stream by recruiting new members and website owners.

Many of the former affiliate have written off receiving compensation from Voice2Page on their prior efforts as well as the money they have paid in. Voice2page has had problems in the past of not paying affiliates for their effort and this new announcement will be luke warm at best.

While this gasp to reinstate credibility is long over due it still does not make the former affiliates whole, nor does it make up for the fact that they have committed libel and slander in their new marketing machine via Pay Per Play.

PayPerPlay Resorting to Libel to defend their product. Again...

I had not intended posting further about the lies being perpetuated by voice2page, netaudioads and PayPerPlay based on a gentleman's agreement I made with Charles Heflin. He has failed to live up to his end of the agreement in a recent post at

http://www.seo2020.com/seo-blog/40/netaudioads-voice2page-pay-per-play-a-media-explosion/

The second paragraph says:

A former affiliate of a previous program is confusing the new program with the old and spreading rumors. assumptions and blatant lies which are not based on fact.

This is a huge lie. Anything that has been posted by me has been verified as fact. With alleged "actual advertisers", history of prior promotions by voice2page or an inside source at voice2page / netaudioads.

There is absolutely no confusion in the new promotion it was designed to cut out the old affiliate program that built the user base that PayPerPlay is touting. PayPerPlay is riding the coattails of other people promotion effort.

They are using negative (unsubstantiated) press as a way to drive traffic to their website to ride the coat-tails of the traffic and momentum that Pay Per Play has gained. In short, they are using the contrarian approach to advertising to “ride the wave” of attention that NetAudioAds Pay Per Play is receiving. This is evidenced by claims of “insider knowledge” that only NetAudioAds itself and its advertisers could know.

Once again he mentions unsubstantiated claims and yes I have "insider knowledge". I would not jeopardize my financial future and open myself up for a libel claim by publishing lies, which Charles Heflin has a propensity to do.

All of the points raised by the skeptics (and disgruntled affiliates) are valid concerns but what they fail to realize is the power that 5 second audio ads now have in the marketplace.

Just ask TalkShoe.com, EveryZing.com, WebMasterRadio.com and many others if audio advertising is a viable market…

Here he tries to give show that the product is viable because others use audio promotions. He is comparing apples to oranges. The sites referenced above are sticky sites that users goto for a reason. Audio does not automatically start when you hit their home pages.

"Webmasterradio.com" has no audio on it what so ever and is basically parking service lander. He probably meant www.webmasterradio.fm unless he is trying to drive traffic to the former to profit from more misinformation. Webmasterradio.fm does have some auto start audio when you hit some pages but they are providing value to the users. People goto www.webmasterradio.fm to hear what they have to say.

Heflin has even admitted as such as the PayPerPlay product is not for sticky sites. Other advertising platforms that had autoplayed audio discontinued it and they have REAL Advertisers such as the Associated Press and Kiplingers. The branding message delivered was falling on deft ears and hurting webmasters and advertisers alike. www.thenewsroom.com

Skeptics believe that audio ads are not viable because people will turn down the volume on their speakers and advertisers will be charged for audio ads that aren’t heard. What these skeptics do not understand is the fact that NetAudioAds Voice2Page is 5 years in the making and extensive studies have been performed to determine that 80% of computer speakers are “turned on” all the time.
It has been tried already and deemed nonviable. What he fails to mention is that 60% of internet use is in the workplace where volume is kept muted or not even available. He is claiming extensive studies and yet fails to provide documentation. Charles show us the study. Facts and figures do not lie.

Based on this fact, audio advertising through the Internet has the potential to become the largest advertising medium the world has ever known.

Been tried and failed.

If 5 second audio advertising were not a viable opportunity for publishers and advertisers then NetAudioAds would not be experiencing explosive growth. In just 3 weeks the network has grown from 500,000 websites to over 3 million which is estimated to extend the reach of NetAudioAds Pay Per Play by more than 100 million audio ad plays per day.

This growth is due to lies from their marketing machine. Which have been documented.

Some former affiliates of NetAudioAds are disparately trying to discredit NetAudioAds as a viable opportunity by spreading opinion that is not well researched or based on facts. Some other former affiliates are resorting to libelous activities to discredit NetAudioAds and Pay Per Play.

Once again anything that I have published and claimed as fact has been verified. Any opinions given have been quantified as such. Charles Heflin has even told me on the phone that he has not verified the "Search Engine" connection or the claims made by voice2page. He took other peoples word for it and staked his name on information from a company known to not be honest.

The biggest thing is voice2page is known not to pay affiliates in the past. They have offered refunds to former affiliates, some have received them, but many that have requested them have not, some in the thousands and others in the range of several hundred of dollars.

The affiliate program pays on 3 levels and offers small and large marketers the opportunity to earn a share of all the advertising audio ad plays on their own website(s) as well as a commission on websites they refer directly and websites that their direct referrals bring on board.

He tries to discredit other affiliates efforts because it had a MLM style compensation plan and pitching a Multi Level compensation plan at the same time.

Why was the old affiliate program a waste and this one is so much better? It is about perception. He is trying to justify his opportunity while using any means possible for others to not discover the truth.

You will notice he is clueless to and refers people to verify claims with someone else.

If you have questions about the allegations being pushed forward by a few former NetAudioAds affiliates or have questions about the NetAudioAds Pay Per Play as a viable opportunity then please contact Larry Host at LHOST@VOICE2PAGE.COM

Mr Host is the same person that has threatened me and what felt like my personal safety in telephone conversations. The alleged allegations have been verified or they would not of been made.

Truth:

Voice2Page has a history of NOT PAYING AFFILIATES.

They have claimed advertisers they did not have. When asked for documentation Larry Host resorted to threat of lawsuits and to my personal safety.

Charles Heflin has admitted to me that he did not verify claims made. I have the conversation recorded and may publish it in audio.

Voice2Page has contacted me in an effort to recruit my help in promoting their their product and becoming a partner with them again. The day before Charles Heflin made this libelous post.

Direct Play Audio Advertising has been tried in the format they are pitching and it failed.

The NetAudioAds ad delivery compensation plan was part of the recruiting pitch for the former affiliate program.

HBO did not buy advertising for Taxicab Confessions 6.

The voice clip they are touting as actual advertisers is a test clip for the announcer. Probably used for audition purposes.

Voice2page has pissed off share holders over this launch.

If the PayPerPlay product becomes viable they will be mired in lawsuits by former affiliates for their share advertising payments.

I wished Charles Heflin well and hoped for his sake that and those recruited it lives up to the pitch. Despite this he posted this diatribe at his blog in an attempt to discredit me.

I never attacked Heflin in this fashion and only assumed he was fed misinformation by Larry Host et al. I never said that Pay Per Play was knowingly making false claims.

Opinion:

The product is not viable.

The new program was launched to circumvent the efforts of others.

The product may launch and survive a short time.

Google will probably consider the types of sites promoting this as search engine spam and deindex them. It will be easy with the footprint that voice2page / netaudio ads will hand them. Currently over 50% of search engine traffic comes from the G and is even greater in my own experience.

This program will not make it through the summer.

The voice2page product would make an awesome Web 2.0 style product. There are ways to monetize it that would make it viable.

The information that people have found online about this has hurt them more than the success claims they are making.

If potential mainstream advertisers do due diligence they will shun this product.

The product will provide little or no value to advertisers and they will have to adjust their pricing to the point it will not be profitable for website owners or voice2page in order to sell the product.

It will met the same fate as AGLOCO and Voice2Page does not have a back up plan.

I am supposed to receive a phone call from Larry Host the day after Christmas per the founder of Voice2Page. Given this new information I doubt he will call.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://netaudioads-lies.blogspot.com/2007/12/payperplay-resorting-to-libel-to-defend.html' title='PayPerPlay Resorting to Libel to defend their product. Because of the information that has been transfered to me through this exchange I can understand how these assumptions were made.

While the name of the person who issued spread this information about me taking up five tiers in an affiliate downline scheme is not know the source is definitely from voice2page / netaudioads.

These slanderous remarks came from voice2page / netaudioads and were misconstrued as fact that resulted in libel. I have never been a fan of MLM and would never buy up five positions in a downline to profit. To me that is unethical, while many MLM people to encourage this.

Even voice2page encouraged it when the affiliate program was launched.

The real problem with this launch is that Pay Per Play has been fed false information from voice2page / netaudioads. Even Pay Per Play has not verified that the Search Engine connection that they are touting, while claiming to know the name of it.

Due diligence has not been performed in many of the claims on the Pay Per Play sales page. This is not assumption but verified in telephone conversations with the founder of Pay Per Play and myself. Things have been assumed as accurate based on relationships. While this may be ok if it is a small investment of time or resources but based on the scope of this launch it really does look like another AGLOCO in the works where people are not looking at the past history of voice2page or it's claims.

Lots of dreams and encouragement that will never come to fruition. Good luck if you are into this but, I would consider this a passing fad that will never deliver.

Voice2Page and Pay Per Play tries to cover up libel

I received an email from Shawn Collins where Charles Heflin asked that his libelous comments be removed from the Affiliate Tips Blog. (link in previous post not given here to spare Shawn from comments)

It appears that he cannot stand behind any claims that he makes even the ones where he has tried to discredit me in exposing prior voice2page affiliate program and why PayPerPlay is not a viable product. I believe it is a failure along the lines of AGLOCO and will never viable. I hope they prove me wrong for all of the people who have signed on.

I also posted some questions at the Warrior Forum where I know Heflin will see them and will not be deleted. This whole launch reminds me of the snake oil salesman of old using shills and avoiding real questions. While unverifiable, I think they rallied forces at digg.com to stop a story about this whole fiasco from going popular by burying a story about PayPerPlay being the next form of intrusive internet advertising. (please digg it anyway if you like the story, more buries will not hurt it :P)

Just remember folks anytime something sounds to good to be true it usually is. You need to do some due diligence before getting behind this one. There are some serious concerns that need to be addressed before this can be given any credibility.

Tough Questions to Pay Per Play and their responses

I have asked Mr Heflin some tough questions at the Pay Per Play blog and at the Pay Per Play facebook group and he has failed to respond.

It is my belief that Mr Heflin has actually not been dishonest on purpose in his promotion of the Pay Per Play / NetAudioAds / voice2page, but just like Larry Host when asked tough questions they are ignored, are met with resistance or causes the phone to be hung up.

Mr Heflin has refused to return phone calls or answer direct emails after being made aware of the lies coming from voice2page / netaudioads.

I posted this at the facebook group after another question was deleted:

I have asked you to respond to some valid concerns and instead you have resorted to libel.

I have never said that Pay Per Play has done anything wrong other then maybe you have not done proper due diligence before jumping into bed with voice2page.

You deleted my last questions?!?

I will ask them agian so we can get the official stance from payperplay.

Is payperplay aware that HBO has never bought advertising from voice2page?

Are you aware that your claims of "actual advertisers" on your sales page is completly false.

Are you aware that voice2page has never paid a single affiliate for "ad plays"?

If you are aware why are you claiming that they have?

Why have you failed to return phone calls are you worried that you may have to answer some tough question or is Larry Page training you to ignore real issues?

Are you aware of the Gary Shawkey fiasco?

Be real here let the people you have recruited know the truth!!

I have also screen captured it. Lets see how long it takes for him to delete it. Promotion is one thing, being honest and addressing concerns is another. Don't promote unless you are willing to back up your claims.

Mr Helfin has also stated due to privacy concerns he cannot elaborate on the lies he posted at other blogs. It has come to my attention in a recent email by voice2page to its former affiliates, who were left out of this launch, that voice2page has no real privacy policy or desire to protect peoples private info.

This is shown on the registration page as a previous commenter has pointed out and also in the email referenced. I will elaborate on this breech of privacy in a future post.

<category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='payperplay. This is despite my contact request and his email asking for more information.

To clear up some misconceptions and to defend his libelous comments:

Voice2Page's original affiliate program was launched with a $9.95 monthly fee. Affiliates were to be paid based on affiliate referrals and voice ad plays.

Many affiliates never received payment from their affiliate "downline". I did receive one check for around $30 (not sure of the actual amount). If I received any others I don't recall and will post it accurately if corrected.

Other affiliates that had big "affiliate downlines"never received a cent and constantly asked me when they were going to be paid.

I was never terminated from the voice2page affiliate program. Voice2page's CEO Sam Deeb and Larry Host both stated to me on the phone that they terminated the affiliate program without notifying the affiliates.

I was owed several hundred dollars under the old affiliate agreement and voice2page never paid. I instead settled for a refund of the money I paid in.

Many of the claims on the old sellingppp website were false. Why do you think they changed it?

With that being said Charles Heflin has committed libel, by publishing false and misleading information in an attempt to discredit me. I have never posted anything negative about PPP just the facts of their false claims and have asked Mr Heflin to document if voice2page fed him this false information. He has refused to respond.

With that being said Mr Heflin has opened himself up for a suit for his libelous comments in his attempt to discredit me.

This is what he posted at another blog

Charles Heflin // Dec 17, 2007 at 5:37 am

Paul Rushing was an affiliate of Voice2Page (completely different program from Pay-Per-Play). Rushing’s relationship was terminated in the past due to violations I cannot disclose due to privacy issues.

All claims made at sellingppp.com (the Pay-Per-Play official website) are 100% verifiable. Any due diligence that anyone may wish to conduct can be done by contacting Larry Host at lhost at voice2page dot com.

You may also do a Google on NetAudioAds or Pay per Play and you will see that the only negative commenter is Paul Rushing or blogs and websites owned by Paul Rushing.

I have highlighted his lies. There are others coming forward soon that will also exposes voice2page's lack of ethical treatment of their affiliates. While it is unsure if the misinformation is coming directly from Pay Per Play or from voice2page and netaudioads.

Here is one of the big false claims:

They claim that members have already been earning money from ad plays for 2 1/2 years from ad plays. For starters voice2page and netaudioads has never issued a single payment through their current affiliate network for "ad plays". Secondly if the product is already established there is no need for the Pay Per Play organization if people are already making money from this.

Trying to organize something that is already in place would seem counterproductive. I do know that some that have started touting Pay Per Play via blogs have taken down content. Hopefully people will wake up before they invest to much time on this.

Lies and Deception in their Affiliate Sign Up Pages

NetAudioAds has now finally launched and using deceptive marking ploys to enlist future affiliates. One thing they have forgotten about is the affiliate base they had in place and calling it a failure because they failed train the affiliates in the product.

Now they are making claims of teaming up with a major top 5 search engine to launch their non viable product. Here is a screen shot where they are making claims of no hype and alluding to their search engine partner.

What is funny is that they cannot tell you the name of the search engine because of a non disclosure agreement. What that means to me it is a small third tier portal like 7 search. If it were a reputable search engine they would want it branded with their name and not try to hide the fact that they are a part of this.

There are many reasons why this is a pass. To many people are mislead daily in their marketing efforts online. If they cannot give you the full information upfront stay away from it is the best policy in my book.
